Crispy rhubarb pie
Crispy rhubarb pie (cobbler) – easy rhubarb pie recipe – easy to prepare a delicious crumble with rhubarb. This rhubarb pie is a classic that can be eaten with both vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream. Rhubarb pie is wonderfully crunchy with a crispy and crunchy smuldegtäcke rhubarb pieces.
Ingredients:
(6 – 8 port)

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Peel any coarse rhubarb stalks with a vegetable peeler. Shred or slice the rhubarb for about 1 cm pieces or finer.
- Develop a ugnsäker shape and lubricate it with 1 tablespoons butter or margarine.
- Add rhubarb pieces in the shape.
- Sprinkle with sugar and a little vanilla sugar
Do this, smuldegen:
- Add flour, sugar and butter (margarine) in a bowl. Work with your fingertips or a fork the flour mixture into a grainy mass.
- Cover the rhubarb in breadcrumb.
- Bake rhubarb pie in middle of oven until it got light brown and the rhubarb has softened, ca 20-30 minutes. Serve rhubarb pie with cold vanilla sauce or vanilla ice cream.
