The world's easiest rhubarb pie
Melt margarine in a saucepan. Stir in sugar, half of the cinnamon, vanilla sugar and oatmeal. Add rhubarb slices in a pie dish, about 23 cm in diameter. Spread over batter and sprinkle rest of the cinnamon on top. Bake in middle of oven for 225 degrees 20 minutes or until pie is golden brown. Serve with custard or vanilla ice cream. There will be approximately 8 bits.
